Jassmine Loves Bluefin Sushi Meal

Great sushi ! Everything I had tasted fresh. I ordered the Alaska roll ( avocado, cucumber and asparagus), California roll and a Salmon and avocado Roll. I also had some delicious miso soup (that had red seaweed in it) and yummy veggie tempura.

I went twice and was seated immediately. The servers were polite and friendly. The restaurant was small but could easily accommodate one large group of ten (that would be it).

Loved the food and the service .

Fresh Sushi Meal at Bluefin Sushi Restaurant

Sushi is a Japanese dish of specially prepared vinegared rice (sushi-meshi), usually with some sugar and salt, combined with a variety of ingredients (neta), such as seafood, vegetables, and occasionally tropical fruits. Styles of sushi and its presentation vary widely, but the key ingredient is “sushi rice”, also referred to as shari, or sumeshi. The term sushi is no longer used in its original context and literally means sour-tasting.

I’m especially welcoming of new experiences with Bluefin Sushi Restaurant

Shaurica C.(Denver, Colorado) — I came here thinking it was a completely different place that I had been to before and loved. Turns out, it’s not, lol, and I’ve actually never been here before today. Bummer. But going to make the best of it, I’m especially welcoming of new experiences!

I came here at the start of happy hour (2:30-4:30pm), and started off with a glass of chilled, sweet, Choya plum wine. The service was immediate, because at the time, I was the only patron. What turned out to be an even bigger bummer, they don’t host any sashimi at all on their happy hour menu. So you’re stuck getting a few pieces of raw fish for dinner prices, all day. I actually don’t like sushi because I don’t care for the rice; I feel it’s a cheap filler (for both my stomach, and the rolls themselves), but chalk that up to personal preference.

The menu items are a bit pricey, so come prepared for that. I went with the Sashimi Sampler and Yellowtail Jalapeño for appetizers, and an order of Tuna Tataki for my entree. All very fresh and made with precision/care. The Tuna Tataki was especially flavorful. This place is a little pricey for my taste, but a good experience nonetheless.

Beautiful Sushi Dinner I ever had with my friends

I was impressed by those beautifully cooked sushi meal, they looked so nice, clean, fresh, and most importantly, they were tasty.

Three of my best friends and I found this restaurant, called Bluefin Sushi, online, and based on recommendations and reviews, we decided to have our friendship dinner there, and we were happy that we got the right place for our party.

Thank you Ms. lin, the owner of the restaurant, she made us just like at home.
