Look. I’m not crazy about this place. It’s usually insanely INSANELY cold inside and the sushi is just okay for the price. (I’ve gone twice now thinking the first off was an off day but it’s been cold enough we’ve called the date night early so we can leave and I brought a jacket the second time.)
The service is actually really attentive which helps a ton and they’ve got decent drink specials.
Maybe expect just okay sushi or order a non sushi item and sit outside for a nice time.

I have no clue where to even begin with describing how much i loved hana matsuri sushi. not only were the servers and cooks incredibly kind and accommodating with my allergies, but i would also sell my small intestine and perhaps my soul for the bincho roll. the shirley temple sprite to grenadine to cherry ratio was perfection. not to mention the crab rangoon, which i could rave about for hours. during my most recent trip, i decided to try the baked salmon roll which is something i would not usually do. however, i was pleasantly surprised as to how delicious it was. i also found it very nice how my table was given adorable and tasty cheesecake bites. the overall restaurant was very clean and had a lovely intimate feeling. my new go to sushi restaurant. thank you hana matsuri!

I came here with my mom and boyfriend and we got miso soup, kani salad, albacore nigiri, volcano roll, pink lady roll, dragon roll and the lemon tree roll. I thought the quality of the fish was great and the rolls were really fun! The miso soup has more ingredients than a typical miso soup but I liked it and the kani salad was the best one I’ve had.
My favorite rolls were the pink lady and the lemon tree.
I will definitely be coming back again and am excited about the lunch special deal!

We had such a great experience dining here. The staff was so friendly, the food was delicious, and the prices were reasonable. We sat at the bar and watched how carefully each roll was prepared. It looked like the chefs actually enjoyed what they were doing. Especially in todays climate of short staffed and over worked restaurants it was a pleasure to feel like we received such good service. I spread the sushi love around town since there are quite a few really good spots, but this one close to home will get more frequent visits from me. I was the only one in the place for a mid afternoon lunch/snack and sat at the sushi bar. I had 3 raws: salmon, tuna, and super white, as well as a tuna sushi roll. The super white was some of the best I’ve ever had in Denver; chef cut generously thick slices of all the raw fish. The rolls were tight and tender. Chef was very pleasant and polite as well as wait staff. My tea was a green Sencha, probably steeped with toasted brown rice, and was delicious – you only get this kind of tea in top-notch places. Atmosphere here is great with floor to ceiling glass and a spotless, modern dining room. Kudos for another solid experience here.

Ahh, what a great place to try amazing food in a relaxed atmosphere surrounded by awesome views to take a short walk after dining.
The food was fresh and preparation to perfection. I was surprised but the excellent service andbthey had plenty of staff available to assist you. Customer service was superb.

Probably the best sushi I’ve had in a long time. We got the Godzilla bomb, San Marco and the tidal wave. Each roll was very distinct with its own unique flavors and so delicious. The fish was also very fresh tasting. My tastes buds were mingling with the spice and sweetness and I was quite impressed. Service and ambiance was wonderful! Will definitely be going back!!

I love this sushi restaurant. I’m always greater by the warmest smile and nicest customer service when I walk in. They have fantastic rolls and more. Everything is set so nice with a good presentation. Would highly recommend to anyone, even if you are a beginner to sushi.

Recently someone asked for a good sushi restaurant in the Central Park neighborhood. Besides Misaki in the Stanley Marketplace, BlueFin Sushi probably will be a safe bet. It is conveniently located at the town center of Central Park with a nice modern decor and plenty of seating. The selection is comparable to other sushi places in town, with daily fresh catches, occasionally they will have rare species of sashimi (which match perfectly with their fresh wasabi) and some of their one of the kind fusion style sushi rolls are also quite sought after. Despite surrounded by many other eateries, the business was brisk since opening and has many dedicated patrons.
